Shift your eyes to the nearest patch of green--webpage, clothing, packaging, bedding, etc.--and look at it intently for 15 seconds.
3 Hum
Hum whatever comes to mind--a song or a tone--for 15 seconds.

STABILIZE
your calm through...
1 Visual Immersion: Linger in a virtual Greendom.

2 Aural Immersion: Listen to Nature sounds.

3 Movement Immersion: Step along on a virtual walk.
